3. Subscription & Payment

  • You must purchase a subscription plan to access our IPTV service. All fees are displayed on our Packages page and are subject to change.
  • Payment is processed securely via third‑party gateways. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee.
  • Subscriptions are non‑transferable and intended for personal, non‑commercial use only.
  • Activation is instant upon successful payment. You will receive login credentials via email or WhatsApp.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Use the service only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to violation of these Terms.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 3‑5 business days and are issued to the original payment method. Refund requests after 7 days will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall GUARDIAN TV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
